All DVSD including (DV ACE) volunteers are required to complete a Volunteer Personal Data Sheet and secure the following clearances, and a TB test.

Act 151, Child Abuse History Clearance (FORM)

If you have not met all the requirements to be a volunteer, you must do so by January 5, 2010, or you may not volunteer in any capacity.
